Industrial kitchens are built on three finishes: stone, metal and wood. Schüller makes convincing concrete, steel and oak doors, and its matt lacquer comes in 29 colours to tie them together.

What is an industrial style kitchen?
One inspired by old warehouses and city lofts: raw materials like concrete, metal and wood, exposed structure and clean lines. It is practical too, with plenty of workspace, smart storage and tough finishes, and an open layout that suits hosting.
How do I stop an industrial kitchen feeling cold?
Balance the hard finishes with wood. An oak island, open shelves or a wooden worktop next to concrete or steel doors makes the room feel warmer straight away. Warm lighting and a few plants help too.
Do I need real concrete and metal?
No. Schüller’s concrete and steel effect doors give the look without the weight, cost or upkeep, and they are easy to wipe clean. Save the real thing for a statement worktop or lights if you like.
Which kitchen ranges suit an industrial style?
