What worktop goes with a country kitchen?
Solid oak and other warm woods are the classic choice, and they soften painted doors beautifully. Quartz or granite in a stone look is easier to look after, and many people use wood on the island and stone on the main runs.
Can a country kitchen have an island?
Yes. An island on legs looks like a piece of furniture and suits the style well, especially in a contrasting colour or wood. Your designer will check the room has enough space to walk round it on the 3D plan.
Which kitchen ranges suit a country style?
