UTILITY ROOMS by SCHÜLLER

Making Everyday Life Easier

The kitchen has evolved from being a room used solely for cooking into a space where family and friends socialise, resulting in a need for noisy appliances to be installed in a room all of their own. A utility room, with its extensive storage and everything to hand, makes chores easier and your life simpler. No wonder they’re fast becoming an essential room addition to any modern family home.

Lighten The Laundry Load

Tall units are ideal for utility rooms as they maximise storage space and make the room the practical, functional area that it needs to be. Schüller’s laundry sorting units have cubby holes in the doors which allow you to separate the laundry straight into the baskets sat on the shelves behind and, along with the pull out shelf below the washing machine, it makes doing the laundry much easier and less of a chore.

Schüller’s open, tall utility units are manufactured to accommodate the extra size, depth and weight of free-standing washing machines and tumble dryers. The shelves can hold up to 200kg of weight, which is heavier than a fully grown Lion!

Ironing Made Easy

Ironing will be so much easier if you have the space pull out the ironing board and hang the ironed clothes straight onto the rail in the unit next to you. No messing about and no walking backwards and forwards to different rooms. Lower pull out laundry racks by Schüller also allows you to dry smaller items or hang them up straight after ironing.

A Place for Everything…

Schüller’s utility furniture is specifically created to maximise storage for all your household equipment and products so that no space is wasted. A slimline tall unit is perfect for the ironing board, vacuum and broom, whilst the options for bottle crates, shoe storage and integrated drawers for cleaning products help create a multi-functional room which means everything’s to hand but neatly hidden away.

Resolve Recycling Problems

We know how important it is to recycle but it can take up a lot of space and be unsightly if it’s not stored properly. Schüller have developed a solution with their utility range by creating a base unit specifically designed for housing recycling. It comes complete with two reinforced plastic bags, specifically for the job, and is all hidden away from view to ensure your room is kept tidy and any unsavoury smells are suppressed.

The Schüller Utility Collection has been specifically designed for purpose so the storage solutions have been thoughtfully designed to quash any potential problems and ensure that everything will work together seamlessly. The units are wider and deeper to accommodate free-standing appliances which are popular with families because of their extra large drums and, the broom cupboard with its integrated storage will become your favourite (and most organised) cupboard in the house!

Schüller utility furniture is manufactured in the Nova range, available in 7 matt finish colours and a large choice of handles.
