Cardiff Showroom

Kitchen Designer Position

Once in a lifetime opportunity to work with Cardiff’s fastest growing kitchen company.

We’re looking for someone smart and switched on. Someone hungry and ambitious. Someone who knows that creative, innovative design is the key to any successful kitchen project.

Someone who already understands the difference between retro & rustic. Someone who pays attention to the little details… If that’s you, then you’ll love this role.

You’ll be working in our Penarth Road Showroom, which will become the nerve centre of our proposed UK-wide dealership network.

You’ll be designing dream kitchens for discerning clients with high expectations.

The right candidate will be…

  • familiar with using CAD.
  • super keen to learn and grow with an ambitious company.
  • Qualified or experienced in the field of interior design.

There’s a big sales element to the role, so if you’re a good communicator, that’s a good start. Be warned though… As a kitchen designer, you’ll be expected to work most Saturdays and some evenings so if you’re looking for 9 to 5 this probably isn’t the job for you.

Our new recruit will be enthusiastic, ambitious and fun. You’ll already have some sales & design experience, preferably in the kitchen industry, however, your attitude and creativity are way more important than your experience to date… You’ll have some impressive stories to tell us that illustrate why we should invest in you – as opposed to all the other applicants. It’s tremendously important that you’re smart and likeable too. We only want to work with people we like, and know that our clients feel the same.

For the right person, this is the opportunity of a lifetime and it will shape your career forever… Sounds good… What’s the catch? The catch is that we’re real sticklers for results. We’re a small team and we can’t (and won’t) carry slackers so you’ll need to be ‘on your game’ pretty much all the time.

But apart from our almost religious focus on results, we’re lovely, we’re fun and we’d love to work with you, maybe! Your first chance to show us what you’re made of will be how you respond and apply. If instant rejection is what you require then just send your CV. If not… Write us an email to (or send us a letter or video) telling us exactly why we absolutely, positively have to offer you the job!
