Caitlin Robinson – Creative Director & Head Designer.
The brains behind the beauty. Caitlin is our design powerhouse – effortlessly turning awkward spaces into jaw-dropping kitchens that make people say, “Wait… is this the same room?”
With a sharp eye for detail and a sixth sense for colour palettes, she’ll bring your vision to life (even if you don’t have one yet).
Heidi Dupres– Showroom Manager & Chief Happiness Officer
The newest addition to our team is not only a talented designer, she’s the heart of the showroom and the queen of first impressions.
Heidi’s mission? Deliver happiness, keep things running like clockwork, and make sure you leave your appointment feeling excited, inspired — and very well looked after. Expect warm welcomes, genuine advice and maybe a biscuit or two.
Danny Borge – Operations Director / Co Founder
Danny’s background in kitchen fitting is the reason our projects are known for running like clockwork. His knack for precision and getting things just right played a huge part in building a reputation we’re proud of today.
From the start, Danny brought a no-compromise attitude to every aspect of the job – because when you’re fitting premium German kitchens, close enough just doesn’t cut it. His standards helped shape the way we do things – with pride, care, and attention to the little things that make a big difference.
Andy Brown – Managing Director / Co Founder
Andy’s talent for turning design ideas into real-life dream kitchens is what sparked the creation of German Kitchens Cardiff in the first place. With an eye for detail and a deep understanding of how people actually use their kitchens, he’s always been about more than just making things look good – it’s about creating spaces that bring people together.
His obsession with quality, functionality and all things German kitchen shaped the foundation of the company (and probably led to a few sleepless nights obsessing over drawer inserts).
